This refers to the data collected around our clients in salons rather than through online or social sign up forms. 

  • clients data is held for as long as they are considered a current client of Millimetre salons.
  • a client is considered a “current client” until it has been 2 1/2 years since their last appointment.
  • clients can choose to opt out of marketing emails at any time, either by contacting the salons, emailing cdata@mmsalons.com or by unsubscribing at the bottom of any email sent from Millimetre.

Disclosures of your personal data

We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in the table in paragraph 4 above. Such third parties consist of:

  • IT: Service providers acting as processors who provide IT and system administration services.
