Barbershop Services:

At MmSalons, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with their grooming experience. If you are not completely satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to address any concerns and offer adjustments or a complimentary service to ensure you are pleased with the results.

Conditions for Service Adjustments:

Contact us within 48 hours of the original service.
Adjustments or re-services must be scheduled within 14 days of the initial appointment.
Refunds are not available; adjustments will be made at no additional charge.

Barber School Enrollment:

We are committed to providing exceptional educational experiences at MmSalons. If you need to withdraw from a course or program, please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Before the Course Starts: Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the course start date.
After the Course Starts: Partial refund available if cancellation is made within the first week of the course. No refunds after the first week.
Transfer Policy: You may transfer your enrollment to a future course if you notify us at least 7 days before the course starts. Transfer fees may apply.
